dtoolkit.geoaccessor.geodataframe.drop_geometry(df: GeoDataFrame, /) DataFrame[source]#

Drop the activate geometry column from the GeoDataFrame to return a normal DataFrame.

Returns:
DataFrame

Dropped active geometry column.

Notes

If you want to set another column as the active geometry, please use set_geometry() instead.
